The first round table meeting of domestic and foreign enterprises in Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone is a complete success

On the afternoon of April 7, the firstround table meeting of domestic and foreign enterprises in Changshu Economicand Technological Development Zone was held in Hörmann Changshu factory. Mr. Mario Bock, director of the factory, and Sherry Wang, general manager of Hörmann Shanghai branch were present to welcome the participants.
Participants in the event included leaders of more than 10 foreign-funded enterprises, including UPM, MOCON Composite,Berger Fastening Ring, Sigas Measurement and Control Equipment, Verlach pet food, etc. At 3 pm., the event officially started. As the organizer of the event, Mr. Mario Bock briefly introduced the purpose and arrangement of the event. Then, more than ten members of the group started the self-introduction session within five minutes.
Next, Mr. Mario Bock led the team to the Hörmann production workshop to introduce the production process and product details. After visiting the highly automated production process, the visitors had a more intuitive feeling of the factory. Then they moved to the product exhibition area, and GM Sherry Wang introduced the company's main products.
Back in the conference area, they took a short break to exchange views. Then Gao Liang, a lawyer from Changshu New Tianlun Law Firm, explained some changes in laws and regulations worthy of foreign enterprises' attention after the promulgation of the foreign investment law. The participants listened carefully and asked questions actively.
At the end of the course, we gathered together for an interactive round table meeting to discuss topics of recent concern, such as the vaccine, visa among countries and so on. We hope that the round table will continue to be hosted by one enterprise at a time, so as to continuously strengthen exchanges and cooperation among enterprises in the region.
Finally, the participants took a group photo and the first round table meeting ended smoothly.
The vision is to close all openings in China with high-tech solutions from Hörmann.
